Probate Solicitor – Private Client Department
Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 per annum (pro rata), dependent on experience
Hours: Full-time, office-based
Benefits: Pension scheme, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Probate Solicitor to join our Private Client department. The successful candidate will have solid experience in:
*Probate administration (priority)
*Wills
*Trusts
*Court of Protection work
This is a self-sufficient role, requiring strong technical knowledge across all aspects of Probate, including:
*Inheritance Tax matters
*Preparing and submitting applications for Grants of Probate/Letters of Administration
*Administering new and existing estates
*Drafting estate accounts
*Liaising closely with the Accounts Department regarding costs and billing
About You
You will be confident working independently, with excellent organisational and time-management skills. A high standard of client care is essential, along with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients and external contacts. Confidentiality and secure handling of all documentation is paramount.
