TMS Global are a wholly owned subsidiary of DS Smith PLC, multi-national packaging and display manufacturing business. TMS Global specialise in the outsourcing of retail display, print and packaging and are active in 97 markets globally. Our TMS community consists of just over 300 people who are spread internationally across APAC, LATAM, EMEA and NA.
About the role
TMS Global is seeking a highly skilled Client Services Manager to join our team in either Germany or the UK on a permanent basis. This position is regional role and will involve working remotely with travel across Europe.
This role will be responsible for ensuring a stable, scalable and high-performing Client Services organisation across the region, while acting as the primary operational and strategic anchor for our client. It is accountable for ensuring consistent service delivery, margin protection, savings realisation and governance compliance, while driving alignment between regional teams and central functions.
Daily responsibilities will include:
*Lead, develop and manage Regional Account Managers, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and operational standards.
*Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
*Drive margin improvement initiatives and ensure profitability targets are met.
*Partner with Sourcing and Data & Analytics teams to drive fact-based decisions and performance improvements.
*Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, operational frameworks, and governance standards.
*Own regional performance KPIs
*Develop client relationship ensuring alignment and collaboration on all requirements.
*Lead escalation management with a focus on root-cause resolution and prevention.
*Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation across client services.
*Responsible for sales and margin the client account, including revenue, forecast and margin.
To be successful in this role the following skills are essential:
*Proven experience in client services or senior account management in a multinational environment.
*A history of success in leadership and managing teams to deliver and flourish.
*Expertise in managing stakeholders at all levels in a matrix environment.
*Strong understanding of governance frameworks and operational compliance.
*Ability to identify improvement opportunities and offer alternative solutions.

You will be an experienced and driven professional with a proven track record in managing complex client relationships, while leading teams to deliver success. You will be an exceptional communicator, with expertise in operational excellence, governance and compliance. You will be adept at building successful relationships with the ability to influence and manage multiple priorities.
Due to the nature of the role, fluency in English is essential to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
