We’re hiring a Senior Design Project Manager to join a fast-growing global events business delivering large-scale international conferences across Europe, the US and LATAM.
This is a senior leadership role overseeing complex, multi-stream projects across branding, print, video and digital - ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across global events attracting thousands of delegates.
You will:
* Lead end-to-end design project delivery across major conferences
* Partner with Marketing, Product and Events teams
* Improve project frameworks and delivery processes
* Oversee PMs and freelance resource allocation
* Manage timelines, risk and stakeholder expectations
We’re looking for:
* Proven experience delivering large-scale conferences/exhibitions
* Strong creative project management background (design/branding/print/video)
* Experience balancing scope, budget and timelines
* Confident stakeholder communicator
* Experience with tools such as Asana (or similar)
Hybrid London role
