Job Description:
Ready to Power the Engine Behind Luxury Travel?
This isn’t just another analyst role.
This is the opportunity to sit at the commercial core of an award-winning luxury travel business with a global footprint - helping shape how we grow, forecast, optimise and scale.
As we continue our ambitious expansion, revenue performance, data clarity and systems excellence have never been more critical. We’re looking for a commercially sharp, analytically exceptional Revenue Operations Analyst to partner with our Finance Director and leadership team - turning complex data into powerful insight and measurable growth.
If dashboards excite you, forecasting feels strategic rather than administrative, and you love connecting sales, marketing, product and finance through clean, intelligent data this could be your next big move.

The Role at a Glance
Revenue Operations Analyst
Remote Home-based (United Kingdom) – ideally within 2 hours of London (periodic London travel)
£50,000 – £60,000 + Excellent Company Benefits
Reporting to: Finance Director
Company: Award-winning luxury travel company
Your Background: 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Commercial Analysis or Business Intelligence within a scaling business
Skills: Strong CRM expertise (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or similar), advanced Excel, dashboard reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar), commercially focused mindset
The Opportunity:
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this role plays a central part in driving commercial performance across the entire revenue engine.
From sales pipeline to marketing attribution, product performance to revenue forecasting, you’ll create visibility across the full customer lifecycle. Your analysis won’t sit in spreadsheets, it will shape decision-making at leadership level.
This is a high-impact role within a fast-scaling environment, where accurate insight, clean systems and intelligent modelling will directly influence strategic growth.
What You’ll Be Driving:
Across revenue and performance analysis, you will evaluate commercial performance spanning sales, marketing and product channels, building and maintaining dashboards that track pipeline health, conversion rates, acquisition cost, customer lifetime value and revenue growth. Weekly and monthly reporting for leadership will be crafted with clarity and precision, identifying trends, gaps and tangible opportunities for improvement. Your modelling will support forecasting and budgeting processes, strengthening accuracy and confidence in forward planning.
From a CRM and data management perspective, ownership of CRM integrity, structure and reporting frameworks will sit firmly within your remit. You’ll develop advanced dashboards and custom reports for cross-functional teams, refine data capture processes across the customer journey and ensure governance standards that protect accuracy and consistency. Working closely with sales and marketing, CRM workflows and automation will be continuously optimised to enhance visibility and performance.
Cross-functionally, this role acts as a commercial connector. Sales teams will rely on your insight to understand pipeline health, lead conversion and individual performance metrics. Marketing will partner with you to evaluate campaign ROI, attribution modelling and lead quality. Product teams will benefit from performance insights across new launches and offerings, while Finance will depend on your accurate revenue reporting and scenario modelling. Clear reporting frameworks will help align all teams around shared KPIs and growth objectives.
From a systems and optimisation standpoint, inefficiencies across the revenue funnel will be identified and addressed through structured recommendations and automation initiatives. You’ll support system enhancements, integrations and potential new analytics tool implementations, continuously refining reporting architecture as the business scales.
Who We’re Looking For:
An experienced Revenue Operations or Commercial Analyst who understands the rhythm and pace of scaling businesses. Someone highly analytical and detail-oriented, yet commercially minded - able to move seamlessly from raw data to real-world action.
Strong CRM expertise is essential, along with advanced Excel capability and experience with modern reporting platforms such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker. A solid understanding of sales funnels, marketing attribution and revenue forecasting is critical.
Equally important is the ability to work cross-functionally and influence through insight. This role requires clarity of thinking, confidence in presenting data and the commercial instinct to prioritise what truly matters.
Experience within travel, ecommerce or high-growth environments would be advantageous, but above all, we value curiosity, ownership and a drive to continuously improve how revenue performance is understood and optimised.
Comfortable operating in a remote environment, this individual brings structure, independence and accountability, along with genuine enthusiasm for building something exceptional.
What We Offer:
Join a high-performing, supportive team within a business recognised globally for excellence in luxury travel.
A competitive base salary of £50,000 – £60,000 per annum is complemented by 25 days’ annual leave, contributory pension and access to excellent company benefits.
