About the Role As a Finance Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting financial planning, reporting, and decision-making across the business. You’ll partner with operational teams to analyse performance, identify efficiencies, and help shape strategic initiatives that drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities*Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and performance reports
*Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
*Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
*Partner with operations and supply chain teams to track cost performance and productivity
*Provide actionable insights through data analysis and visualisation
*Assist with year-end audit preparation and continuous improvement projects
About You*Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
*Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) preferred
*Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with ERP systems advantageous
*Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
*Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
