Description
*Handle a varied caseload of personal injury claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
*Provide clear and accurate legal advice to clients regarding personal injury matters.
*Draft and review legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
*Conduct legal research to support case strategies and client advice.
*Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court when necessary.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
*Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory standards.
*Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and procedures.
Profile
A successful Personal Injury Solicitor should have:
*Qualified as a solicitor in Scotalnd status with 4+ PQE in personal injury law.
*Proven experience managing a caseload within the legal field.
*Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures related to personal injury cases.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
