Teaching Assistant (Level 2) - Full-Time
Location: Wisbech, Cambridgeshire
Contract: Permanent or Temp-to-Perm
Salary: circa £24,974-£25,078 FTE per annum
Hours: 37 hrs/week, Term-time + training days
Start: ASAP / Spring 2026
Closing Date: 15th March 2026
Interview Week: W/C 22nd March 2026

Supporting classroom learning across key stages, this role involves assisting teachers with delivering lessons, building relationships with students and helping to improve academic and social outcomes. Work with teaching staff to support lessons.
Provide individual or small group support to learners.
Promote positive behaviour and engagement in class.
