What you’ll do
* Provide regulatory guidance across the full product lifecycle, including research, launches, fund changes and ongoing oversight of UK and Irish authorised funds
* Advise on product governance matters such as target markets, distribution strategy, costs and Consumer Duty considerations
* Assess regulatory developments (including FCA and CBI requirements), deliver impact analysis and support implementation
* Partner with Product, Legal and other control functions to ensure robust governance frameworks are maintained
* Design and deliver regulatory training to business stakeholders
* Contribute to senior management, Board and committee reporting on compliance matters

What you bring
* Significant compliance experience within asset management, covering UCITS, ETFs and AIF structures
* Strong knowledge of the FCA Handbook (including PROD) and CBI requirements, with practical exposure to UK and Irish fund regulation
* Demonstrable ETF and Alternative Investment Fund experience, including product structure and distribution considerations
* Solid understanding of product governance, target market assessments and Consumer Duty obligations
* Awareness of SDR, SFDR and broader ESG-related regulatory developments
* Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills, sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities
