Location: Wisbech, Cambridgeshire
Contract: Full-Time - Permanent (Temp-to-Perm considered)
Salary: £26,264 - £27,658 per annum (FTE)
Start: As soon as possible
Closing Date: 15th March 2026
Interview Week: Week commencing 22nd March 2026
About the Role
We are looking for a positive, confident and adaptable Curriculum Support Officer (Cover Supervisor) to join a thriving secondary school environment. In this role, you will supervise classes and deliver pre-prepared work during short-term teacher absences, helping to maintain continuity of learning and keep students engaged.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young people, takes initiative, and plays a supportive role in the school’s teaching and learning community.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise whole class groups in the absence of teaching staff
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and activities
- Ensure students remain focused, on task, and engaged
- Support a positive and productive learning environment
