Shopper Marketing Manager
Salary up to £57k + Bonus & Benefits
Hybrid (2 days per week – Central London)

Role headlines:
*We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Shopper Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced food business.
*The Shopper Marketing Manager will develop and execute Shopper Marketing strategies with a focus on driving growth across key retailers.
*Confident developing in-store and online activations, including POS materials, promotions and sampling activities.
*Ability to work cross-functionally with the wider team, primarily Brand, Sales and Category.
*Skilled communicator and confident working with retailers to deliver incredible Shopper activations.
*Comfortable with data and will have strong understanding of shopper behaviour and has ability to utilise customer insights to drive brand visibility and conversion.
*Budget management.
*Understanding of key competitors and overall dynamics of the FMCG sector.
What You’ll Bring
*Will have experience within FMCG – packaged goods experience is preferred
*Proven success in developing shopper marketing campaigns across multiple retailers
*Creative thinker with a consumer-centric approach
*Excellent communicator
*Ability to build internal and external stakeholder relationships
*Organised and focused on attention to detail
*Personable and team player
