About Us We are a fast-growing construction recruitment agency based in the heart of Manchester, specialising in supplying skilled trades, labour, and management professionals to leading contractors and developers across the North West and wider UK.
The Role Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a motivated and driven Construction Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team.
You will be responsible for:
* Managing and developing client accounts within the construction sector
* Sourcing and placing skilled trades & labour candidates
* Building long-term relationships with contractors and site managers
* Advertising vacancies and screening candidates
* Negotiating rates and managing placements from start to finish
* Achieving sales targets and contributing to team growth
What We’re Looking For * Previous recruitment or construction industry experience (preferred)
* Strong sales and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* Knowledge of the UK construction market
