*Prepare and present accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
*Analyse financial data to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
*Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
*Monitor and control costs to improve profitability and efficiency.
*Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and recommendations.
*Oversee the preparation of VAT returns and ensure compliance with regulations.
*Support year-end auditing processes and liaise with external auditors as required.
*Continuously review and improve financial systems and processes.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*Professional accounting qualifications or equivalent educational background.
*Proven experience in management accounting within a similar industry.
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
*Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Excel.
*Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
*Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
