Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
*Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email
*Handle inbound calls from customers and technicians
*Manage customer enquiries through dedicated inboxes
*Use internal booking systems to schedule repair appointments
*Liaise with the Planning Team regarding repair queries
*Investigate & resolve customer complaints, logging details on the database
*Work closely with Regional Managers for updates on repairs and complaints
*Manage daily public quotation requests
*Attend training and meetings as required
