Lettings Coordinator
Harrogate
Up to £30,000 per annum
Full-time, 9:00am – 5:30pm, with 1 in 4 Saturdays
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Lettings Coordinator to join our busy Harrogate lettings team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the pre-tenancy process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for both landlords and tenants. You will be the backbone of our lettings operations, handling essential administrative tasks while supporting the wider team with occasional property viewings.
Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct tenant referencing and Right to Rent checks
*Prepare and issue tenancy agreements and prescribed information
*Contact and liaise with utility providers on behalf of tenants
*Arrange inventories, check-ins, and move-in handovers
*Manage tenancy renewals and documentation as required
*Support the lettings team with occasional property viewings
*Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all legal and company requirements
Person Specification:
*Previous experience in a lettings or property administration role preferred
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
*Proactive and solution-focused approach
*Comfortable using property management systems and Microsoft Office
