Marketing AdministratorPoole, Dorset | Hybrid Working Available
Our client is a privately owned B2B consumer goods group based on the South Coast, powering a portfolio of both bespoke manufactured products and fast-moving personal care brands sold across major online marketplaces.
With in-house product development, UK manufacturing, and a strong e-commerce capability, the business is able to move ideas from concept to market quickly, creating an exciting and fast-paced environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and analytical individual to join a growing marketing team in a role focused on data, administration, and commercial performance support rather than creative marketing delivery.
The RoleThe Marketing Administrator will support the wider marketing and commercial teams with projects, reporting, and system administration to improve sales performance, product visibility, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities*Updating and optimising product copy, pricing, and merchandising across websites, ensuring accuracy and correct categorisation
*Identifying and resolving issues raised via the internal ticketing system
*Assisting with the delivery of email marketing campaigns based on management briefs
*Analysing advertising and website performance data and producing reports for management
*Conducting competitor and market research, providing insights and recommendations
*Maintaining internal databases including product, website, and customer data to support sales activity
*Supporting managers with monthly reporting, KPIs, and commercial analysis, including evaluation of trading activity effectiveness
*Providing support to the Customer Experience team with alternative advertising initiatives when required
About You*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Good understanding of marketing principles and e-commerce environments
*Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
*Confident working with data, systems, and reporting tools
*Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or similar (desirable)
This role is particularly suited to someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and processes, and takes pride in maintaining high levels of accuracy and organisation.
