A well-established business in Kettering is seeking a Junior Administrator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to thrive in a varied office environment and would feel comfortable being the central point of coordination across Sales, Marketing and Estimating teams.


The Role:
This Junior Administrator position sits at the heart of the office, providing essential administrative support, customer service, and data management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. If you’re someone who loves structure, accuracy and supporting others, you’ll feel right at home.


Sales Administration
*Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails.
*Handle customer enquiries professionally and direct them to the right team.
*Accurately gather information and upload details into the CRM/database.
*Support the sales team with project follow-up calls and general admin tasks.
*Help ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.


Marketing Administration
*Assist with web order queries, including calling customers and identifying upsell opportunities.
*Send out data sheets, CAD drawings and brochures.
*Provide general marketing admin support as required.


Estimating Administration
*Register new enquiries quickly and accurately.
*Save and organise project information for internal teams.
*Monitor shared inboxes and respond or redirect promptly.
*Gather details for quotations and assist with price updates and amendments.
