We are a leading law firm seeking a motivated and driven Telesales Executive to join our growing Immigration team on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will be speaking with potential clients seeking Immigration advice. All leads are inbound via our website and direct advertising — this is not a cold-calling position.

Key Responsibilities*Answer incoming calls and make follow-up calls to potential clients
*Convert enquiries into retained clients
*Promote and sell the firm’s legal services effectively
*Introduce additional services where appropriate to increase client value
*Analyse lead data and account statistics to identify sales opportunities
*Manage and update all leads within the firm’s CRM system
*Achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management
*Quickly develop a strong understanding of the immigration process
Key Requirements*Minimum 2 years’ telesales or sales experience
*Strong telephone manner and communication skills
*Target-driven with a proactive sales mindset
*Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
*Quick learner with the ability to understand legal services
Salary & Benefits*£23,000 – £25,000 basic salary
*Commission structure
*OTE £30,000 – £35,000

*Monday to Friday
