* Working alongside teachers and pastoral teams to create a calm, structured environment
* Using de-escalation strategies and proactive support to keep learning on track

* Experience with SEMH, behaviour support, or transferable youth/care work
* Strong behaviour management and a calm, consistent approach
* Patience, resilience, and a genuine commitment to making an impact
