Job Description:
Morley Sports Management is an international sports management and consultancy business based in London, with ownerships of sports and entertainment businesses (currently football and wrestling) in the UK and USA.
Having been founded in 2020, it has created huge success within its owned assets and worked with some of the biggest sports brands in the world.
MSM are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to oversee the finance functions of all its owned assets in the UK, as well is creative and consultancy division.
Key requirements would be:
*Day to day processing of invoices in and out, and management of both debtor and creditor ledgers.
*Bank and payment processor reconciliations.
*Preparation of wages, and management of pension schemes.
*Monthly journals and reporting.
*Cashflow preparation and management.
*Reporting variances of budgets v actuals.
*Ad hoc finance and administration requirements.
Key skills required would include:
*A bookkeeping or accountancy qualification or related degree.
*At least 3 years bookkeeping experience
*Experience with Xero and MS Office
*Excellent written and communication skills.
*Ability to self manage and work to deadlines.
*Ability to report and present to stakeholders.
The role is fully remote and approximately 2 days per week that can be worked flexibly across, with days and timings open to negotiation.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
