Temporary - Finance Administrator

My client is looking for a strong finance administrator to join the team on a temporary basis to support with the closing of key accounts and creating invoices. This role is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail who enjoys working with financial data and structured processes.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing key account administration tasks, with a particular focus on producing accurate pro-rata final accounts for departing customers. Working from data within the company’s housing management system, you will use a pre-built Excel template to calculate final balances, which will then be issued to owners as final invoices.
Key Responsibilities
*Extract, review, and organise data
*Use existing Excel templates to generate financial reports and invoices.
*Ensure all calculations are completed accurately and within deadlines.
*Support the factoring team with additional administrative tasks as required.
