Job Description:
Are you a finance professional with experience of managing a finance function who is looking for a new opportunity ? Looking for a role where you can add real value in an organisation that connects with its local community ?
Henderson Scott are working exclusively with a Crawley based organisation that play a vital role in supporting the local community.
As Finance Manager you will report into the Finance Director and have responsibility for managing and developing the finance team. The Finance Manager will ensure that department produces robust and accurate financial data in line with best practice.
The Finance Manager will produce the monthly management accounts with commentary and analysis, support budgets holders, manage the bank accounts, support the year end process and ensure financial compliance.
Successful applicants will ideally be fully qualified, although qualified by experience and part qualified candidates will also be considered. Previous experience of management accounting, managing a small team, working in a Charity with knowledge of SORP would be advantageous. A high level of Excel, communication and modelling skills are essential for this role.
This is a hybrid role.This role will require the successful candidate to undergo a DBS check.
