Job Description:
IT Applications Support Engineer
Our client is looking for an experienced Business Application Support Engineer to join their team on a contract basis starting ASAP. Ideally you will be available immediately as this is an urgent requirement. The role will be Hybrid working and has been scoped inside IR35.

Key experience
*Strong background in supporting IT Applications
*Working in conjunction with 3 Party providers to ensure smooth running of systems
*Delivery of key areas of internal changes such as online documents, workflows & products
*Troubleshoot issues in order to identify the root cause in order to provide a solution
*Review and improve existing application support processes and ensure that documentation is kept updated
*Ensuring any new or updated services are transitioned into support and fully accepted in support guides, both user/admin support), escalations paths, etc
*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*Good organisation skills
