Location: London
Contract: Consultant
Work Setup: 5 days in the office

The Role
We are seeking a Privacy Subject Matter Expert to join us on a permanent basis via the Robert Walters Consultancy. Your first assignment will be at JP Morgan in London.
JP?Morgan is a global financial leader, delivering innovative banking, investment, and wealth solutions to clients worldwide.
What you’ll do
* Support day-to-day privacy operations, governance activities, and adherence to procedures.
* Assist in privacy-related projects, workgroups, and strategic initiatives across the business.
* Contribute to Privacy Training & Awareness programs and provide guidance on privacy requests and investigations.
* Prepare materials and reports for committees, highlighting business privacy risks and controls.
* Help design and execute controls to mitigate privacy risks, supporting audits, regulatory testing, and compliance deliverables.
What you bring
* Strong experience with GDPR and working in a first line of defense (1st LoD) privacy function.
* Extensive expertise in privacy operations, process management, and compliance frameworks.
* Proven ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments while managing complex privacy requirements.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience preparing reports and presentations for senior audiences.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence.
