HR Manager – UK (Great role for a Junior HR professional ready to step up)
Central London | Up to £45,000 + health insurance
Our client is a growing international hospitality group expanding across Europe. They are now looking for an HR Manager to support their UK teams.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong HR basics who wants to move into a broader role. You will work closely with the HR Director and receive support as you grow. Over time, you will gain more responsibility and strategic exposure.
This role suits someone who enjoys working closely with teams and operations. It’s ideal if you want to grow quickly in your HR career.
The role
You will be the main HR contact for the UK teams. The role is hands-on and varied. You will support the full employee journey, from hiring to leaving.
You will:
*Support employees from onboarding to exit
*Make sure UK employment rules are followed
*Help manage payroll information and HR systems
*Support recruitment and help fill open roles
*Organise training when needed
*Help employees with HR questions and daily issues
*Adapt company policies so they work well in the UK
*Track HR data such as absence and costs
*Help improve HR processes
*Support HR when new restaurants open
Who they’re looking for
*Fluent in French and English
*Good knowledge of UK employment law
*Experience in HR Admin, HR Officer, HR Advisor or similar
*Ready to step up into an HR Manager role with guidance
*Friendly, organised and proactive
*Comfortable working in an office and with teams
*Hospitality, retail or multi-site experience is helpful but not essential
Package
*Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience
*Health insurance included
