Are you an experienced Technical or Engineering Recruiter ready to step into leadership? Or a proven Recruitment Manager looking for a fresh challenge in a rapidly expanding sector?

This is your opportunity to join Reed’s growing engineering division and shape the success of our Coventry hub. We’re looking for an experienced engineering recruiter and open to hiring at Senior/Principal Consultant or Manager level, depending on experience.

What you’ll lead:
Recruitment across a mix of white and blue-collar engineering roles, including:
* Production Managers

* CNC & Manufacturing roles

* Electrical & Mechanical Engineers

* Design, Development, HSE, Maintenance & Field Service roles

Your impact:
* Lead & Inspire - manage and grow a team of specialist engineering recruiters while running your own successful desk

* Drive Growth - expand Reed’s presence across permanent, contract and interim engineering roles

What you’ll bring:
* Experience in Engineering / Technical Recruitment (essential)
