We are currently recruiting for an experienced SMART Repair Technician to join a fast-growing and highly regarded automotive repair business. The RoleAs an experienced SMART Repair Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality cosmetic vehicle repairs across a range of vehicles for both private customers and commercial clients.
This is primarily a mobile-based position, working from a fully equipped van/mobile workshop, servicing a mixture of private individuals and companies.
Key Responsibilities*Carrying out all aspects of SMART repair work
*Repairing scratches, scuffs, paint damage and minor dents
*Ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction
*Managing daily workload efficiently
*Communicating professionally with customers and team members
*Maintaining tools, equipment and mobile workshop standards
What We’re Looking For*Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician is essential
*Mobile repair experience preferred but not essential
*Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
*Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
*Full UK driving licence
*Positive attitude and easy to communicate with
*Driven, reliable and professional approach
