Job Description:
Our client is a growing logistics company and due to expansion require a Customer Service Administrator to cover the night shift from Sunday evening to Thursday evening 10pm to 6am. They are looking for a proactive, communicative and tech-savvy administrator to join a high-performing team.
You’ll also take calls from external customers and answer inquiries, whether it’s by phone or email and will answer customer calls to their queries and resolve them efficiently and promptly.
To be considered for this role you will need at least 3 years of experience as an administrator, desktop support, or similar technical support role. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with the confidence to support users from a variety of technical backgrounds, from consultants to executives. Familiarity with remote support tools and distributed team environments.
