*Calendly consistently booked with founders and CFOs
*Same audience now expanding into UK R&D tax advisory
*£50K+ average R&D engagement values
*Proven technical delivery team in place
*Target: £10M+ annual revenue
*Our grant clients are the same founders eligible for R&D tax.
The Role*Close £50K+ consultative B2B deals
*Founders and CFOs only
*1–3 call close cycles
*Carry £1M+ personal annual revenue target
*Build outbound and referral channels
*Install CRM and reporting discipline
*Hire and lead SDRs / AEs as revenue grows
*Remain lead closer for first 12–18 months
*You close. You build. You own the number.
12–24 Month Outcomes*£10M annual revenue achieved
*Predictable monthly pipeline
*High-performing sales team in place
*Clear commercial structure
Your Earnings*£200K–£250K OTE
*Base + uncapped commission
*Override on team revenue
*Equity tied to revenue milestones
Required Experience*Personally closed £1M+ per year in new business
*Scaled B2B revenue from under £1M to £5M+
*Hired and led early sales teams while carrying quota
*Confident negotiating high-ticket financial deals
*Comfortable operating in a founder-led business
