The Supply Register are recruiting for are a friendly, nurturing primary school seeking a Year 3 Class Teacher to join their committed and supportive team. Their school is proud of its close-knit community, happy learners, and a staff who work collaboratively to ensure every child thrives. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who thrives on high expectations, strong routines, and delivering engaging learning experiences for Key Stage 2 pupils.
This role carries full classroom responsibilities, and we are looking for a professional who is confident in leading a class independently and maintaining high standards of behaviour and achievement.
We are looking for someone who:*Has strong behaviour management skills and can establish clear routines and expectations from day one.
*Demonstrates excellent classroom organisation and consistency.
*Is confident in planning, delivering and assessing a broad and balanced curriculum.
*Takes full responsibility for planning, preparation, marking, assessment and reporting.
*Builds positive, respectful relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
*Has high expectations for both progress and conduct.
*Works effectively as part of a collaborative Key Stage 2 team.
The role includes:*Full-time class teacher responsibilities.
*Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
*Tracking pupil progress and implementing targeted support where needed.
*Attending staff meetings, parent consultations and school events.
*Contributing positively to the wider life of the school.
