This exciting role is all about building strong relationships with financial advisers, keeping them engaged and informed about everything more2life including product offerings. You’ll play a vital part in supporting our Sales Manager, Account Managers and Business Development Managers, helping us to deliver outstanding service and achieve our business goals.

What you’ll do:
? Proactively contact advisers to maximise opportunities
? Deliver excellent service through inbound & outbound calls
? Support Account Managers & BDMs with achieving targets
? Maintain accurate CRM records in line with compliance standards
? Achieve KPIs in a fast-paced, supportive environment
What we’re looking for:
? Proven experience in sales (inbound & outbound)
? A track record of hitting targets and KPIs
? Strong communication skills with a consultative approach
? Ability to build rapport and deliver outstanding service
? Enthusiastic, motivated, and driven to succeed

(Financial services experience is desirable but not essential - full training provided!)
