Role Overview:
They are seeking an organised, proactive and detail-focused Personal Assistant to join their London team on a permanent basis. Working 9:00am-5:30pm, this role involves providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support to attorneys, contributing to team initiatives, and ensuring excellent client service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone is tech savy with strong doucment torubleshooting skills and is eager to build a long-term career within a top-tier legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to attorneys and the wider team.
*Maintain leadership involvement in team and firm-wide projects, initiatives, and community activities.
*Manage both electronic and hardcopy client files in line with firm policy.
*Produce, edit and proofread letters, legal documents and correspondence to firm standards.
*Arrange meetings, conference calls, travel bookings and internal/external appointments.
*Prepare and submit expense claims and payment requests in accordance with firm procedures.
*Assist with special projects as required.
Qualifications:
*A-levels or equivalent required; a degree is preferred.
*Minimum of 3 years’ legal secretarial or equivalent experience, ideally within a law firm.
*Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF software; experience with iManage is highly desirable.
*Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail, accuracy and grammar.
*Highly organised, able to prioritise workloads, and comfortable working under pressure.
