*Process supplier invoices efficiently and accurately.
*Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
*Prepare and process payment runs in a timely manner.
*Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
*Respond to supplier queries and manage communications effectively.
*Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
*Support the accounting and finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
*Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role. (1-2 years minimum)
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
*Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
