Job Description:
*Legal Cashier
*South Manchester
As Legal Cashier, you will play a key role in ensuring full compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules while supporting the smooth financial operations of the firm.
Key responsibilities include:
*Processing transactions across client and office accounts
*Managing daily banking, receipts, and payments
*Handling CHAPS, BACS, Faster Payments, and international transfers
*Performing client and office bank reconciliations
*Posting bills, transfers, and disbursements
*Liaising with fee earners and external stakeholders
About You *Proven experience as a Legal Cashier within a law firm
*Knowledge of the Solicitors Accounts Rules
*High level of accuracy and attention to detail
*Experience using legal accounting systems
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
*A proactive and team-focused approach
