Our client, based in Andover, is currently seeking skilled and motivated Welders/Fabricators to join their growing and dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their career within a well-established and supportive working environment.
Welder Fabricator Roles and Responsibilities:
*Carry out high-quality MIG and TIG welding to a consistently high standard
*Read and interpret engineering drawings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
*Fabricate components and assemblies in line with specifications
*Operate a range of workshop machinery, including saws, drills, and other fabrication equipment
*Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets required standards
*Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment in line with health and safety guidelines
*Work both independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines
Welder Fabricator Ideal Candidate:
*Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding
*Ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
*Experience using fabrication machinery and tools
*Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
*Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
*A strong understanding of health and safety in a workshop environment
Welder Fabricator Working Hours:
*Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
