A well-established and highly regarded law firm is looking to welcome an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor or Legal Executive into its busy and growing Private Client team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a private client professional who enjoys high-quality work, strong client relationships and being part of a supportive, forward-thinking practice with genuine long-term career prospects.
The Role:
You will play a key role within the Wills and Probate department, providing expert advice and support to clients across a range of private client matters. You will manage your own caseload while working closely with colleagues in a collaborative and well-resourced environment.
The role will include:
*Probate and estate administration
*Preparing Wills
*Drafting and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
*Delivering clear, empathetic and professional client care throughout
*Experience in trusts and/or Court of Protection work would be an advantage, although this is not essential.
About You:
You will be:
*A Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive specialising in Wills and Probate
*Experienced in probate and estate administration
*Confident in drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
*An excellent communicator with a strong client-focused approach
*Well organised and comfortable managing a varied caseload independently
