Payroll Associate (International) – Part Time (3 days) – Private Equity

A private equity firm is looking to appoint an experienced Payroll Associate to support their international payroll operations on a part-time, permanent basis.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can take ownership of payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions.
Location & working pattern
*London based
*3 days per week
*Ideally 2 days in the office, Friday working from home
Salary
*£60,000–£70,000 full-time equivalent
*£36,000–£42,000 pro-rata
The role
*Support the delivery of international payroll across multiple entities
*Liaise with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders
*Assist with payroll reconciliations, reporting and controls
*Support month-end processes and payroll related queries
*Ensure compliance with relevant payroll legislation and internal policies

*Experience supporting payroll across multiple countries
*Comfortable working with external payroll providers
*Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
*Confident working in a professional services / financial services environment
*Happy working part-time in a hands-on role
