Warehouse Operatives – Bardon Hill (LE67)
Location: Bardon Hill, Coalville (LE67)
Pay Rate: £12.71 – £14.47 per hour
Shifts: 06:00–18:00 | 18:00–06:00 | 4 ON / 4 OFF
Job Type: Temporary (potential to go permanent after 3-month probation)
Vital People are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehousing company near Bardon Hill.
This physically demanding role is ideal for candidates who are fit, attentive to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Infeed: Removing waste from trays before loading them into machines
*Outfeed: Stacking washed trays and placing them back on pallets
*Perform repetitive warehouse tasks safely and efficiently
*Work independently or as part of a team, maintaining high standards
Requirements:
*Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
*Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
*Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Benefits:
*Competitive pay: £12.71 per hour (day shift) / £14.47 per hour (night shift)
*4 ON / 4 OFF shift pattern
