Job Description:
SEP Rail Services is looking to recruit an experienced CAD Technician & 3D Modeller with a background in the water industry to support a growing programme of work across utilities and infrastructure projects.
This role will support the delivery of water and utilities projects by producing accurate CAD drawings, 3D models and GIS models from survey and engineering inputs. Working closely with survey teams, engineers and project managers, you will play a key part in turning site data into clear, usable technical outputs that support planning, design and delivery.

Responsibilities
*Produce 3D CAD drawings and models for water, utilities and infrastructure projects
*Develop and maintain GIS models from survey and engineering data
*Convert site and asset information into accurate technical outputs
*Support survey and engineering teams with modelling and visualisation requirements
*Ensure drawings and models meet project, client and quality standards
*Collaborate with project teams to support delivery across multiple workstreams
*Maintain organised digital records of drawings, models and outputs
Requirements
*Experience working within the water industry is essential
*Experience in using Civil 3D/Revit is essential
*Experience producing CAD drawings for utilities, infrastructure or water projects
*Ability to interpret technical information and translate into accurate outputs
*Experience working collaboratively with engineers, surveyors or project teams
*Strong attention to detail and organisation of technical documentation
*Comfortable working both independently and as part of a delivery team
*Understanding of site environments and project requirements within utilities
