Senior Associate – Non-Contentious Construction (6+ PQE)
Full-Time | Excellent Career Progression
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Associate or Managing Associate (6+ PQE) to join our growing Construction team, with a focus on non-contentious construction law. They will also consider a junior Partner.
You’ll advise on a broad mix of standard form and bespoke construction contracts, including JCT, NEC and FIDIC, large-scale due diligence, and development arrangements. Experience in development, investor-led projects, housing or accommodation is particularly welcome.
You’ll be confident running matters, supervising junior lawyers, managing a varied workload and engaging with clients. A strong grasp of commercial positions and market practice is essential.
They are looking for someone organised, collaborative and proactive - with the ambition to grow alongside a dynamic and successful team.
