The Role:
*Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors
*Handling incoming calls with confidence and accuracy
*Managing arrivals with professionalism, ensuring a smooth and secure sign-in process
*Maintaining an immaculate and welcoming reception and client meeting environment
*Providing high-quality administrative support to the wider office as required
*Supporting the organisation of client hospitality arrangements
*Coordinating meeting space usage and liaising with internal teams to ensure rooms are fully prepared

*Comfortable working in a discreet, high-profile financial environment

*Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively

*Previous front-of-house or administrative experience within financial services or a corporate setting desirable
*Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
