Our client is looking for a confident, approachable, and customer-focused Retail Security Officers to help create a safe, positive shopping environment for customers and colleagues.

What We’re Looking For:
·MUST have SIA licence/certificates
·Ability to communicate clearly and confidently
·Reliable, professional, and calm under pressure
·Comfortable working with customers and as part of a wider team
·Able to provide a 5-year checkable employment/education history for vetting
Job Role/ Duties
·Provide industry-leading, friendly customer service
·Help deter crime, violence, and antisocial behaviour
·Carry out regular store patrols
·Use CCTV and Body Worn Video to support crime prevention
·Work closely with store management teams
·Liaise with Police and local crime partnerships when required
·Contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for all
