National Account Manager
£40,000 – £45,000 + £3,000 Car Allowance | UK | Hybrid

We’re on the lookout for a sharp, commercially driven National Account Manager to join an ambitious, high-energy team. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same — you’ll be working with an exciting mix of brands, a constant stream of innovation, and customers who keep you on your toes.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll own and grow a portfolio of B2B customer accounts, leading the full sales cycle from planning through to delivery and review.
Your day-to-day will include:
*Owning key retail and/or distributor accounts (UK & international)
*Building smart, commercially driven account strategies
*Leading seasonal planning, previews, and negotiations
*Delivering against revenue and Direct Gross Profit targets
*Managing forecasts, commitments, and in-season performance
*Working cross-functionally with Supply, Marketing, Product & Finance
*Driving continuous improvement through post-season reviews


What We’re Looking For
We need someone who can think strategically, act decisively, and deliver consistently.
You’ll bring:
*Experience in B2B sales or account management (consumer goods ideal)
*Strong commercial instinct — you understand price, margin & volume drivers
*Confidence in negotiation and influencing buyers
*The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
*A proactive, positive mindset with a real hunger to learn and grow
*Strong Excel, PowerPoint & Word skills
*Full UK driving licence
