Key Responsibilities
*Handle contentious landlord and tenant matters (acting for both landlords and tenants)
*Advise on residential and commercial property disputes
*Manage boundary disputes and general property litigation matters
*Conduct TOLATA claims
*Deal with professional negligence claims relating to property
*Provide support to the commercial litigation team where required
*Undertake advocacy where appropriate
*Deliver excellent client care and manage client expectations effectively
*Contribute to firm-wide business development initiatives
About You
*2-5 years’ PQE
*Strong experience in property litigation
*Commercially aware with excellent communication skills
*Confident managing client relationships and meeting tight deadlines
*Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
*Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, pdfDocs (or similar) and case management systems
*Ambitious and motivated to help develop and grow the team’s offering
