Lead Host/Lead Receptionist - Bristol (J228)

Our client, an award-winning flexible working space, has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Host/ Lead Receptionist to join their team!
The role:
*Delivering a consistently excellent front-of-house experience
*Sign up new members, manage meeting rooms and stock levels
*Daily checks, ensuring the workspace is safe, functional, and welcoming
*Support workspace tours and viewings
*Support events and socials that bring the community together
*Training of new employees
*Support manager with reporting and administration
Key skills/experience:
*Experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-of-house
*Previous team leader, supervisory experience
*Strong organisational and IT skills
*A proactive mindset
*Excellent time keeping and attention to detail
