Part-Time Purchase Ledger Administrator - Thirsk - 4 Day Week

Campbell Grove Talent are recruiting for a Part-Time Purchase Ledger Administrator to join a genuinely supportive business offering 30 hours across 4 days (with flexibility if needed).

This is an on-site role in Thirsk, where relationships are at the heart of the business, but you’ll have real flexibility in how your hours work across the week.
What you’ll be doing:
*Processing and registering supplier invoices
*Resolving supplier and invoice queries, including credits and purchase orders
*Preparing and reviewing payment runs
*Reconciling supplier statements, copy invoices, and final demands
*Producing accruals and prepayments from the purchasing system
*Building strong working relationships with on-site teams and stakeholders
