Description
This Compliance Manager role is based in Reading and sits as part of the Governance, Risk & Compliance team. The role involves:
*Develop and implement compliance frameworks and policies aligned with industry regulations.
*Monitor and assess compliance risks to ensure effective mitigation strategies are in place.
*Provide guidance and advice on regulatory requirements to internal stakeholders.
*Conduct regular compliance audits and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Technology & Telecoms industry standards and legal changes.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues effectively.
*Deliver training programmes to promote awareness of compliance responsibilities.
*Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of compliance activities.

Profile
A successful Compliance Manager based in Reading, it should have:
