As a Lettings Manager, your duties will be:
*Leading and motivating the Lettings team through daily meetings
*Supporting team development through regular performance reviews
*Listing and valuing rental properties
*Driving new business and maximising repeat business opportunities
*Negotiating offers and agreeing on new tenancies
*Ensuring full compliance with all current lettings legislation and regulatory bodies
What you will require to be a successful Lettings Manager:
*A proven background as a Lettings Valuer, Assistant Lettings Manager, or Lettings Manager
*Full UK driving licence
*Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
*A solid understanding of current residential lettings legislation
*The ability to work independently and take ownership of results
*Professional telephone manner
*Strong IT skills and attention to detail
