Service & Parts CoordinatorHoniley, near Kenilworth (site-based)
Up to £28,000 + benefits
Full-time | Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 3:00pm
T2P Recruitment are supporting a well-established engineering business in their search for a Service & Parts Coordinator to join their busy Operations team.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is looking to build experience in a hands-on, fast-paced environment—not just sitting behind a desk.
The RoleYou’ll be right at the heart of operations, acting as the link between engineers, parts, suppliers and customers—keeping everything organised and moving.
This is a practical, active role where no two days are the same, and you’ll need to be comfortable getting involved physically as well as administratively.
What You’ll Be Doing*Coordinating engineer callouts and breakdowns
*Managing spare parts, stock control and deliveries
*Supporting engineers with parts, kits and site requirements
*Liaising with suppliers and customers daily
*Assisting with warranty, compliance and service admin
*Supporting general operations and keeping everything running smoothly
*Occasionally delivering parts to site
What We’re Looking For*Someone reliable, hands-on and willing to learn
*Organised with a proactive, "get stuck in" attitude
*Comfortable in a fast-moving, operational environment
*Happy with a mix of admin, driving and physical tasks (including some heavy lifting)
*Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
*IT literate and confident using systems
*Full UK driving licence (essential)
*Happy with an early start
What’s On Offer*Salary up to £28,000 depending on experience
*Early finish every day (3pm)
*Full training and development provided
*25 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off
*Pension + death-in-service benefit
