Production Operator - Temp to Perm - Milton Keynes
Pay: £12.45/hour
Hours: Monday to Friday | 6am-2pm & 12pm-8pm (weekly rotating shifts)
Newstaff Milton Keynes is currently recruiting for a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join a busy and well-established metal manufacturing company
This is a temp-to-perm position, offering long-term prospects for the right candidate after a successful 3-month period
Key Duties:
*Weld cleaning
*Press forming and rolling
*Metal bending
*Component preparation
*Bride pressing/studding
*Press brake operations
*General assembly support
*Other general metal forming tasks as required
Benefits:

*Full-time hours, Monday to Friday only

Requirements
Requirements:
*Must be able to work both shifts (weekly rotation)
*Previous experience in a metalwork or production environment is beneficial
*Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
*Reliable, punctual, and a team player
