IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for an experienced General Labourer to join our client’s team in Coleford on a long-term basis.

Key Duties*Assist with daily site operations and support various trades as required.

*Conduct pre-work checks and ensure work areas are clean and organised.

*Handle materials and equipment safely.

*Follow site health and safety procedures at all times.

*Report hazards, incidents, or maintenance issues promptly.

Requirements*Previous experience in a general labouring or similar role.

*Good understanding of on-site health and safety practices.

*Proactive, reliable, and able to work as part of a team.

*Able to follow instructions and work under supervision.

Desirable*Valid CSCS card.

*Additional site tickets (e.g. manual handling, first aid).
